Crafting stories

Creative Director, Brand Strategist & Experiential Designer
Michelle is a Brooklyn based Creative Director who has spent the last ten years making brands like Google, Figma, Mazda & Shopify look really really good.
She specializes in taking those big "what if?" ideas that CEO’s and marketers love and turning them into innovative campaigns and events.
Her superpowers? Brand strategy, visual storytelling, and the uncanny ability to transform an ordinary event into an experience.
With a past life that includes running a floral design studio, designing window displays for Anthropologie, and styling sets for film & TV - Michelle's seen (and done) it all.
But experiential events? That's where she truly shines. She loves creating real connections and telling brand stories that resonate long after the last photo is taken.
So, what does an Experiential Creative Director actually do?
The short answer? A lot.
Experiential Marketing isn't just advertising IRL; it's a combination of all marketing and advertising disciplines rolled into a big complex ball.
On any given project, Michelle might:
Craft a brand identity
Launch a product
Write ad copy
Curate digital & social content
Develop a website
Direct a photo or video shoot
Design product packaging
Render 3D visuals & floorplans
Architect an attraction
Decorate or style an interior
TL;DR Michelle sets the creative vision for a project.
So in addition to attending meetings, mentoring creatives, and drinking copious amounts of coffee - she also connects the dots between clients, accounts, creative, and production teams.
Michelle excels at making sure every concept is not only brilliant, but also actionable and in-budget. She’s just as comfortable writing a creative brief as she is reviewing an SOW, or evaluating the bottom-line. EP’s everywhere rejoice.
So why should you work with Michelle?
She’s guaranteed to:
01 - Elevate the creative
02 - Stay cool under pressure
03 - Tap into her vast talent network
04 - Nail the client presentation
05 - Remind everyone to have fun
06 - Remain ego-free (no, really)
